TABLE RUNNER or PLACEMAT USING JELLY BRAID PAPER

Learn to use a “jelly roll” (pre-cut 2 ½” wide strips of fabric) and special jelly braid paper to sew a beautiful table runner or placemat.  This class will guide you through the process of using the jelly braid paper to make a very precise “braid” pattern.  This versatile and fun technique can be used to make table runners, quilts, placemats, sides of tote bags, decorative pillow covers, and more.  The jelly braid paper and batting will be provided; students select their own jelly roll fabrics, backing fabric, and matching thread.
