Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging) is centered on the beauty of asymmetrical lines. In this class, you will learn how straight and curved lines create structure, movement, and balance within an arrangement. After this class, you may find yourself looking at traditional mass arrangements in a whole new way.


Supplies to bring: A pair of Ikebana scissors (or gardening shears or kitchen scissors will work), two floral vases (the instructor will advise which one works better)


Optional: pinfrog for shallow vase, a bucket to transport flowers.
