APRIL 1, CONTEMPORARY CALLIGRAPHY: (This is a 2 part series for nib pen/ink, April 1 & May 6) Learn how to write with an oblique pen using a metal nib dipped in ink. Students will be able to learn the basics of pressure practice, fundamental strokes, practice lowercase letters, and letter connections in a modern calligraphy style. Enhance your botanical drawings with elegant specimen labeling, intrigue letter recipients with a beautiful greeting and signature!Vivan will have class material kits to purchase, that way you can practice at home!
