Learn how to sew your own classic pants using a commercial sewing pattern! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to: determine your correct pattern size; select the appropriate fabric, yardage, and notions;lay out and cut your pattern and fabric; construct your pants step-by-step; sew and attach a waistband; hem your pants; and use several techniques for finishing seams.
The pattern includes: angled side pockets; straight, tapered, or wide-leg options; pants or shorts; flat-front waistband; elastic back waistband. Come learn the skills you need to create a comfortable, well-fitting pair of pants you’ll be proud to wear!
