Karen will show us how to create a small accordion fabric book using wool, scraps of fabric, ribbon and stitching. We will use basic stitches like running stitch to secure fabric and create extra texture and patterns over our pages. You can create an abstract book or a narrative book depending on your preference. Applique, fly stitch and other textured stitches will be introduced as well as patterns you can create with running stitch (based on Sashiko) and you can choose what works best for you.
